LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT IN ROSENDALE?
How will it affect: Our taxes? Our water/aquifers? The environment? Our quality of life?
Dear Fellow Rosendale Residents:
Many questions have been asked about the large scale development project proposed by Canopy. To help understand the impact on the community, Save the Lakes has engaged experts to research the economic and environmental factors. They will share their findings with the community at our next public meeting.
Developers typically make many promises in order to get their project approved. This is an opportunity to get some facts, to learn more about the plans, and to engage in open dialouge. We urge you to come and think about the following points with fellow concerned residents.
This is our town and the future depends on our involvement NOW.
